4.0 out of 5 stars Great Score by Charlie Clouser, November 29, 2004
The Charlie Clouser songs are really well constructed. If you've seen the movie they will remind you of their scenes. Some do sound like nine inch nails instrumentals. I wish there was a new nine inch nails song on here or at least a remix. None of the tracks are bad.

1. Sturm - Front Line Assembly
2. Hello, Adam - Charlie Clouser
3. Bite The Hand That Bleeds - Fear Factory
4. Last I Heard - Charlie Clouser
5. Action - Enemy
6. Reverse Beartrap - Charlie Clouser
7. You Make Me Feel So Dead - Pitbull Daycare
8. X Marks The Spot - Charlie Clouser
9. Wonderful World - Psycho Pumps
10. Cigarette - Charlie Clouser
11. We're Out Of Time - Charlie Clouser
12. F**k This S*** - Charlie Clouser
13. Hello Zepp - Charlie Clouser
14. Zepp Overature - Charlie Clouser

4.0 out of 5 stars one of the better soundtracks, October 9, 2004
This soundtrack consists of music performed by NIN's Charlie Clouser, and other various artists. Most of the songs are dark, catchy, and quite memorable. Some of the Clouser cuts sound somewhat NINish but sink into orchestrated tunes that could be mistaken for any other movie score composer. Overall, the whole cd is great, esp the fear factory song and the song by Pitbull Daycare(whom I had never heard of until purchasing this disc). This soundtrack is definitely worth buying unlike some...where there is only a few good songs, and most of the songs are already out on cd's anyway. So give this one a chance, you wont regret it if you like gothic, industrial, rock, or metal.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliance!, March 28, 2005
By Count Vempir (Purgatory) - See all my reviews
Everyone associated with NIN is obviously brilliant. I was under the impression that everyone else was merely a pawn in Trent Reznor's demented puppet show, but not so. Chris Vrenna did the soundtrack for the pc game AMerican McGee's Alice (an excellently creepy game, highly recommended) and now Charlie Clouser did this. Each of the songs was perfectly thought-out, constructed, and performed. Mr. Clouser is a genius. Great ambience music for a dark night, all alone. The actual industrial rock songs are not bad either, though I tend to skip over them to hear more of Clouser's work (I have better industrial cds if I want to listen to vocals [*cough* Downward Spiral]) Three minor gripes though. I would have liked to hear a new NIN song on here, and this album also screams out for some Marilyn Manson (who can also write incredible film scores, just look at the first Resident Evil)and I think one of Fear Factory's (awesome band) older, HEAVIER industrial/death metal songs would have fit the movie better; but minor complaints compared to such a great cd. Get it, and the Saw dvd as well.

This is one of the only movies where I actually noticed how good the soundtrack while the movie was playing. A great selection for anyone that likes industrial music.
