Blues Lady lives to tell it ALL, September 18, 2000

Not too many, livin, singin, tellin the truth blues ladies howlin the blues the way it should be told. And we all been out here waitin & listenin to this clear, concise story sung by a blues woman who's been there and done it. Her live interview on NPR recently made me wake up & take notice. Shades of Alberta Hunter and the female group 'Saffire--the Uppity Blues Women'.... Lucky us! Familiar blues! Wonderful to hear true, blue vocals from the depths of the belly of a woman whose vocals belt out TRUTH and let the listener cry, sing and tap their toes along...with Adams wailing about the 'trials & tribulations.' Where has Adams been up to now? I KNOW there is more to come.
