BUYER BEWARE of doing business with Future Memories. We purchased 2 photo audio clocks from them at the end of 2004 and they were defective. We called FM, explained the issue, and were told to ship the clocks back for a refund. Very long story; short: We paid $62 for the clocks and spent $15 to ship them back to Future Memories. FM refused to refund our money for the clocks, etc. We contacted the BBB in that state but it became such a hassle that we could not continue to pursue the matter. Furthermore, a family member was hospitalized with a severe health condition at the time and the clock matter paled in comparison. The manager of FM refused to talk to us simply relaying that they would do nothing about it. STAY AWAY FROM FUTURE MEMORIES IF YOU HOPE TO HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT, etc. b/c they will cheat you out of your money, a product, etc. We can't believe they are still in business but know that they operate their sales under several different website names. This company is bad news.
