About the Author

Sandra Haber, Ph.D. is a New York City psychologist who said good-bye to managed care over a decade ago. She and her patients have not regretted this decision. Dr. Haber is a fellow and past president of the Division of Independent Practice of the American Psychological Association. Elaine Rodino, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with a successful private pay practice in Santa Monica, CA.. Experienced in marketing, value-added strategies, and media she shares her knowledge with new and seasoned psychotherapists. She is recognized by her peers through awards and elected office in psychological associations. Iris Lipner, LCSW is a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in private practice for 25 years in NYC. She teaches postgraduate clinicians in conferences and courses, provides clinical supervision and consults on building and managing private practices.
