Editorial Reviews
Product Description
Inspired by an incident which actually happened in the life of one of the authors, the book tells the story of how a young boy and his friends set out to help the boy's father with his new business and end up creating the most active club in their school, one that involved students from every class and which created an important measure not only to fight Global Warming but reduce harmful, vehicle emissions by 30%. This children's book is being heralded as the Kid's "Inconvenient Truth." And was a #1 International Best Seller in categories such as Ecology and Environment.

About the Author
Patrick "GB" Harrison is probably best known for his impersonator* inklings. He is an inpert** and rejects the notion that anyone is an expert at anything. What was once considered fact has been proven false over and over again as history reveals the truths centuries later. He is best known for his poem, FOR ALL KIDS' SAKE, which was made into a kid's large, black-fuzzy, coloring poster by Western Graphics which sold thousands nationwide. FOR ALL KIDS' SAKE, like Bunny's motto, is arguably the greatest modern poem on the childhood innocence embodied in all of us but too often squelched by so-called maturity. When first written, it was donated to UNICEF's Year of the Child, 1979, Eugene, Oregon Chapter as a fund raiser and all 40 sold for $10 each raising $400 for UNICEF. Pat has worked in various fields, banking, insurance, sports, sales, hypnotherapy, and was the Chairman for Elect a Human Being President in 1976. Many years later he created MAYAN GOLD, salsa centered chocolate truffles in 1990. But his most loved jobs were when he worked twice as a teacher's aide, once in California, and again in Oregon. "Bunny" McLeod is a young person, hidden in an old ladies body. By this, I do not mean that she is immature in any way but rather that she has the God given gift of being able to fit in and be accepted as a part of the group by people of all ages. She has a walking disability from getting hit by a car on the crosswalk many years ago but she regards this as only a challenge, and is an active, contributing member of her community. She calls the scooter/wheelchair with which she gets around her 'electric legs' and also refers to it as her freedom wagon. She enjoys being "Coach Bunny" at the basketball day camps given by the local college in her town. She says it is good for the kids to see that people who have disabilities can do fun and important things like everyone else. She is quite proud of her ability to dribble a basketball while maneuvering around the court on her scooter. She also claims that once she manages to shoot a basket in front of the kids, she knows enough to quit while she is ahead. She is an active member of ADAPT, and Not Dead Yet, both groups of people with disabilities that fight for the civil rights of people with disabilities to be active, contributing members of society.
