5.0 out of 5 stars Silhan's musical talent is amazing!
Just when I thought I had heard the very best of Paul Silhan talent along comes his latest creation, Scandal in the Wind. Sadam Hussein, Monica Lewinsky, Bill, Hillary, Janet Reno are but a few of the political figure you'll meet in this outstanding recording.

Silhan is once again taking the issues of the day like Viagra, Monica Lewinsky, Chinese Communists, Iraq...

2.0 out of 5 stars Ocassionally funny, mostly falls flat.
This CD contains only random bits of humor and some downright vulgar songs! This is why only 3 of the tracks on the CD have been on the Limbaugh show. I haven't heard ANY of Mr. Silhans songs on Rush's show for quite sometime. Perhaps Rush heard the rest of Mr. Silhans CD and decided that humor needn't be filthy to be funny!

5.0 out of 5 stars Silhan's musical talent is amazing!, February 5, 2000
This review is from: Scandal In The Wind (Audio CD)
Just when I thought I had heard the very best of Paul Silhan talent along comes his latest creation, Scandal in the Wind. Sadam Hussein, Monica Lewinsky, Bill, Hillary, Janet Reno are but a few of the political figure you'll meet in this outstanding recording.

Silhan is once again taking the issues of the day like Viagra, Monica Lewinsky, Chinese Communists, Iraq and others and wrapping them into 28 wonderful tracks of parody heaven. Silhan's talent has never been more evident than in this recording.

A sure fire winner is what you have here! Silhan gives you songs like "Who'll stop Hussein?" "To Clone Again", King of the Low", We are Kennedys", Bill Friend the Dictator" and 23 others. It never ceases to amaze me what talent is really present.

Silhan does all of the voices and uses NONE of the musical backgrounds from the original recordings. No karaoke or any portion of the original tunes are used either. What you hear is Paul Silhan and only Paul Silhan and what your hear is great. Well done again Paul!

I enjoyed Silhan's style of poking fun in his clever musical style. He touches on a dirty topic with good clean humor and song. It turned our party into a laugh riot. Thanks.

Silhan topped himself with Scandal In The Wind. It is very entertaining. Clever lyrics and great choice of songs. And this guys a lawyer?

5.0 out of 5 stars Pure Genius, August 27, 1999

I don't know what the "fan" in Schenectady was listening to. This 6th Paul Silhan album continues his unique blend of music and wit - probably the best since Tom Lehrer. Vulgar? Most of Jay Leno's jokes are more explicit than anything on this album. My favorites are "El Reno" and "Hello Muddahs, Hello Faddahs".
