This book is a bit of a joke, as far as giving up any real information goes. It's written by a couple of stodgy Brits, and deals with the very most basic aspects of Scandinavian history, vital stats of each country, etc.

The big problem is that the book is geared entirely toward helping Brits move to Scandinavia, which is fine, but that's not such a difficult mission; both are members of the EU. For an American, this is like a book about how to move from Virginia to Massachusetts.

If you're an American looking to move to Scandinavia, this book might make interesting background study, but if you're looking for information on the red tape you'll encounter, details on work visas, citizenship, etc., you should most certainly look elsewhere.
