I got this pot about a month ago and I just love it. The non-stick surface is great. I use this pot almost every day (both on the stovetop and in the oven) and wash it in the dishwasher and the surface is still as good as new. It is good for cooking anything - from soup to fried fish. I also love the design of the pot - the cover is very light and the bottom is nice, flat and thick. The food cooks evenly without "hot spots". And the way it is designed - ergonomic describes it very accurately. This is my favorite pot by far. Very expensive but well worth it. I will never buy another brand again - in fact I plan on buying a Scanpan frying pan to replace my Teflon one that is all scratched up (as soon as I save some money - lol).

I love this cookware! Over the years I have tried almost every brand of gourmet cookware, but Scanpan is the best. Being dishwasher safe, truly non stick, and even heat distribution make this excellent cookware. This is a multi purpose pan, and very highly recommended.
