We bought a set of Greenpans with thermalon, or something like that, and they were horrible. Food sticked to the pans from first use and the frypan turned black. They also got real discolored and look horrible after only 8 months. Trust me, we followed the directions to a "T" and they still did not work. Scanpans cost more, but are worth every penny. I don't think we'll ever go back to another non-stick pan again. If you are looking for a legit non-stick pans, try these. We were going to pay the same amount for all clad, but we have a gas stove and did not want to look at discolored pans again.

My wife and I love the heft of these pans... we have birds, so the Ceramic-Titanium coated perfectly safe for them... Fortunately, we received a 2-quart pan rather than a 1-quart pan... This was OK since my wife prefers the 2-quart pan...

waste of money . bottoms of pots/pans start losing the black coating and rubs off on your hands and anything the bottoms come in contact with . coatings scratch way too easy regardless if using wood or plastic utensils . emailed the company twice and never got a reply .... so much for customer service !
in the garbage they all go . live and learn !

Purchased the scanpan ceramic titanium professional 11pc set for my wife for christmas. Both of us were actually quite excited as this would be our very first nice (expensive) cookware set. When my wife opened the box on christmas we both were impressed with the how the pans looked. The next morning we went to simply boil some water in the 7" sauce pan and I noticed water leaking out of the pan from the rivets that hold the handle to the pan....not a good sign. I then checked the other pans that came in the set and they too leaked.....we were bummed. I talked to the rep in California and he said he had never had that complaint. I don't think he's being honest with me because I have since read some reviews stating the same problem. They offered to warranty the pans but we took a pass and returned the whole set. We purchased the set through amazon.....they have been great to deal with.
