Danes cook better with Scan Pan,

We have tried most brands of cookware on the market but when we were gifted with this set of ScanPan we not only flipped our omelettes but our enthusiasm towards this great Danish design.This is truly "non-stick" cookware that can take abuse and misuse and still produce perfect results. We have put away our other pans in favor of using ScanPan for every cooking task. It is great for searing meats with little fat and then deglazing. Eggs and egg dishes come out cleanly. Acid foods such as tomatoes do well in this cookware. We like the heavy, sturdy see-through lids on all the pots. Cleanup is the cook's least favorite chore, but with ScanPan it's as easy as wiping the used pot up with a paper towel for immediate reuse. Ours go in the dishwasher after heavy use, but most light cooking chores require only a quick wipe with a dishrag or paper towel. Danes are wonderful designers, and Scan Pan is the epitome of Danish design of form and function. |
