I had great results with Scaraway on 2 different scars...one large from surgery, and one more minor cut. This was very easy to use...I just threw it in my purse and applied a few times a day. The texture of the serum was very silky and was totally invisible...it absorbed into my skin easily and did not feel oily or leave any residue like some others I have tried. NOTE: 1 tiny drop from the squeeze bottle covers the whole back of my hand...about 4 or 5 square inches, so 1 bottle is all you need for even larger scars. I even had some left over. I would recommmend for anyone with any kind of scar. I even use this on red spots left by my occasional blemish...I just spot treat when neccessary and the redness fades away fast. A must have in the medicine cabinet for me. ~ L

ScarAway serum worked very well on my acne scars. I have a wide area with acnes scars on my face and shoulders that often have red raised shiny spots after the blemish is long gone. This item shrunk them down to level and faded the color back to normal. I am very impressed. I use in the morning and at night. It absorbs into skin quickly nand is non-oily..has a nice feel and no odor..which I love. Be careful about the amount you use. It is a potent serum and 1 tiny drop covers a good area. I used 1..sometimes two for my entire face. My sister uses is as well and puts her makeup on right over it. I have used ScarAway sheets before for other scars and find this serum firmula is most convenient and easiest to use for acne or scars on the face.

I got chicken pox when I was a teenager and suddenly a decade later several little marks on my shoulders began growing, and growing, and growing... That's why I started reading for alternatives and ScarAway is a great one, considering you don't need Rx to buy it.

I wasn't very confident because even doctors have told me this problem has no treatment and even surgery is not entirely successful, but I haven't used the serum for a month yet and I can clearly see less volume on the keloids and skin color slowly going back to normal. Excellent, considering the bottle says to keep the treatment for 3 to 5 months. It doesn't really help with itching, but results are awesome anyway.

The only thing I don't know is if the marks will be gone forever after the 5 months are over, or if the keloids will regrow (Any experiences, anyone?). Let's hope for the best.

I chose serum instead of the sheets because I go to the gym frequently and was afraid they wouldn't last enough.

For now, definitely recommended.

I used this serum three different times (three different scars) along with their silicone sheets...all from the same bottle. 1 tiny drop really covers alot of area. Accelerated the healing process even more. I used the serum when taking a break from the sheeet. (Silicone sheets 12 hours (usually at night...except for my daughter who used them during the day and drew on them with sharpies... serum when the sheets were off). For the surgical scar I actually used the serum under the sheet ONLY on the raised part of the scar. I left the surrounding skin clean with no serum on it so the sheet stuck on just fine. I noticed a faster change using it this way. I still have someleft that I keep in the medicine cabinet and use on the occassional pimple scar...10 out of 10, thanks

I found this item very easy to use and nice feeling on my skin. It faded my discolored scar nicely. Reduced the size as well. Thanks for a product that really works well. Creams like mederma had never worked for me in the past. Your serum is very different...feels better, no odor, not greasy, and works well. Thanks!

I have used both ScarAway silicone gel and their Silicone sheets. They say not to use the serum under the sheets because it can make the sheets not stick, but I used the tiniest drop of the serum on the scar and massaged it in being careful not to get it all over my skin, then I put the full ScarAway sheet on top of the scar and surrounding skin that did not have the serum on it. This worked great for me. The sheet still stayed on fine and I saw even faster change using it this way. I also use just the serum on some small acne scars on my face which helps speed up the healing and fading. I like that it absorbs in to my skin nicely. It does not leave any tacky or greasy feel. Feels nice and makeup goes on over it well, too.

I got this product for my daughter, who's got a scar in the forehead and she was taking off all the silicone sheets and this serum was my solution and the scar is really getting better!

The gel didn't work so well for me, the silicone strips by the same company did much more, even on stretch marks. This did make my skin soft though.

It didn't work for me. Well everyone one is different when it comes to healing. Some people may react to this pretty well, some won't. Don't like the smell either. My review may not help you deciding weather to buy this or not, but bottom line it didn't work for me.

This product does not work, i have been using it together with the scar strip and I don't see any improvement in my scar after 2 months.
