Book Description

Scaredy Cat is, as his name suggests, scared. He's scared of just about everything from noises to shadows, that is until he meets Boo - a little mouse with a lot of confidence. Wonderfully illustrated this contemporary picture book about two very lovable characters teaches us how to face our fears with a little bit of help from our friends.

Editorial Reviews

Review

A positive and inspiring tale for all those tinies with timid tendencies. -- Junior A reassuring tale which proves that confidence is a case of mind-over-matter, great for improving a little one's self esteem. -- Carousel The book teaches little ones to face their fears with help from their friends. -- Reading Evening Post Packed with beautiful illustrations -- Daily Echo On Michael's first picture book: Baby Blue Bird. '...original, distinctive artwork...' -- The Bookseller On Michael's first book: '...wonderful use of colour... An unforgettable book to keep on the shelf for future generations.' -- Carousel This is a rather nice picture book with its bold, clear colours... The story will probably make even the most timid child laugh and start to come to terms with their fears of the unknown, and therefore not to be trusted. -- School Librarian
