This is the reissue of a Scarlatti recital played by John Browning and originally released on Musicmasters in 1994, which in this form has multiple entries on this website:

John Browning Performs Domenico Scarlatti. It is a marvel of a Scarlatti recital, it has all you wish in a Scarlatti disc, including a great selection of mostly rarely recorded sonatas - and here, rarity does NOT mean lesser quality: they are in no way inferior to the most popular ones.
