What can i say about this band ? The guitar work is 100% technical to the point where the guitarist started giving "lessons" via youtube to show all the bewildered laymen out there trying to grasp his awesome solos and killer riffs. The drum production suffers a little but his creativiy shines through it. All the other buys are just as talented in the bass and vox range. Stu can hit all kinds of ranges w/ his voice. These guys are killer live and to me pick up where Fates Warning left off w/ complexity and pushed it more into the thrash arena rather than a mellow Queensryche route. This is the band i've been waiting for for a long time. Check this cd out as well as their previous "Buried in Oblivion". Some of the best tech/prog metal I've ever heard.
