First of all, I don't understand why all the other reviews on this page are for other versions of Scene It (Disney, Harry Potter, etc), rather than specifically the WB edition.
I received this edition of the Scene It series as a gift for Christmas, and whipped it out for the first time on New Year's Eve for a group to play. Not 15 minutes into the game, we started to notice a trend---just about EVERY question revolved around the television shows The OC, ER, One Tree Hill, Murphy Brown, and Cold Case. Ocasionally, we'd get a Friends question, Dukes of Hazzard question, or Welcome Back Kotter question, but it got SO repetitive with the first 5 shows that we gave up out of frustration. If you are a fan of ALL television over the years and a trivia buff of ALL television over the years, this game is going to bore you to tears. Not to mention, the DVD part of the game is quite limited, and rather than test your knowledge of the show clips you are watching, it will ask you questions like, "Which character was wearing the striped shirt in the episode you just saw?" or "What was written on the chalkboard behind the main characters in the clip you just saw?" WHAT??? I want to be challenged on my knowledge of TV, not my ability to look at every detail of a scene in case there's a question asked about it.
SO much TV is not here--Charlie's Angels, Brady Bunch, Three's Company, Family Ties, Roseanne, Cheers, Home Improvement, Golden Girls, Love Boat, cable shows like Sopranoes and Sex & The City--the list is nearly infinite of what's MISSING. This is NOT the ultimate TV game.
AWFUL game.
