Getting home after dark,I was missing out on my evening bicycle rides . Glad I purchased this DVD .
Now I'm using my stationary bike four times a week and getting a good workout .I will be using this throughout the winter,and any time the weather's bad.
I intend to buy the other DVD by Scenic Trex , so that I can switch them around. Hoping there will be more in the series .

This is so great because I look forward to getting out of bed to work out in the morning so that I can watch this video before I start my hectic work day. It puts me in the right frame of mind for the rest of the day! I love it!
