I have been looking for something like this for a while...Because black comforters look great but they pick up a lot of lint and dust...but not this one...yay!!!...satin gives it more of a polished look and makes your room look a bit more dressed up....

Purchased this as a gift. It is beautiful. Has a shimmer/sparkle to the finish that doesn't show in picture. Color is great, very rich looking and feeling material. Picture does not look nearly as nice. Wow, I was surprised and pleased and my son's girlfriend loves it. Glad I purchased this and would buy again!!

gold king satin comforter,

I purchased this using the $30 credit and economy free shipping so I got a nice discount on the comforter. I starched and ironed it and put it on my bed and it adds a very nice shimmering glow. The satin itself is rather rough, (charmeuse) not like the smooth acetate satin Scentsations used to make and the color is not as golden yellow as the picture shows. But I wanted a king satin comforter to compliment my many colors of satin sheets and this is a nice neutral color for all my sheet sets. Overall I am pleased for its use as a bed covering.
