The PT17AW LCD flat-screen monitor by Sceptre provides high technology combined with space-saving sensibility. Weighing only 15.2 and only 3.5 inches thick (excluding base), it is easy to position and can even hang on the wall or attach to an Ergotron Arm (optional bracket required for wall mounting). Six resolution settings from 640 x 480 to 1,280 x 1,024 and 16.7 million colors support everything from Web surfing to large spreadsheets and rich graphics, though the slow 73-millisecond pixel response would not be suitable for fast-motion video or gaming.
Viewing angles are 120 degrees horizontally and 100 degrees vertically. The LCD design is flicker- and static-free, resulting in less eyestrain and fatigue. Since this monitor emits zero VLMF radiation, it makes an ideal choice for sensitive areas; the monitor doesn't disrupt magnetic imaging and other frequency-sensitive devices.
