Everything a twelfth fret should be. |
Mahogany Neck and Body with Synyster Looks
This guitar delivers warm, defined tone and a ton of sustain, featuring a 25.5-inch scale mahogany set neck and mahogany body.
The slick ebony fretboard boasts 24 jumbo frets, and Schecter's 'Ultra Access' cutaway means you can reach those ultra-high notes with ease.
As for looks, this axe has plenty. The Hellraiser body shape is a long-time winner. The white finish with gold pinstripes is both killer and classy, with gold hardware to add a little bling. Custom "SYN" inlays and the the "Deathbat" at the 12th fret make it even better, for a unique and striking instrument.
Custom Seymour Duncan SH-8 Invader Pickups
Perfect for aggressive playing styles, SH-8s are high-output humbuckers combining three ceramic magnets, over-wound coils and twelve black oxide cap screws, for the heaviest tone a passive pickup can produce. Get the power you need for brutal rhythm playing or squealing harmonics.
A three-way switch selects between pickups, and the coil-tap on the tone knob lets you switch to a single coil sound.
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo System
The patented and often imitated double-locking design of the Floyd Rose Tremolo System allows you to lock your guitar in tune at the nut and at the bridge. Engineered like no other tremolo system, the Floyd's high-quality steel parts are manufactured to exacting specifications. Beat it up as much as you want--from traditional vibrato to dive bombing leads or flapping loose strings, and stay in tune while you do it.
Gold Hardware
Gold hardware completes this axe's looks, from the volume/tone knobs to the grover tuners and aforementioned Floyd Rose.
The Schecter 2009 Limited Edition Collection
Schecter's Limited Edition collection offers something unique for the early birds--no more than 250 units of each model are produced, so when they're gone... they're gone.
These axes come with special amenities like custom graphics, custom inlays, custom finishes and upscale pickups not found on the company's standard models.

Awesome,

This review is from: Schecter Synyster Gates Guitar, Limited Signature Model (White Gloss, Pimp Stripe) (Electronics)
I bought mine from a different website before it was available on Amazon.com a couple years ago. This guitar simply looks and sounds amazing. The Duncan Invaders provide that Synyster sound that you are looking for. It is extremely comfortable to play with the jumbo frets. The only con about this guitar is that the gold finish on the knobs that your strap attaches to wear down to silver over time. But this is barely noticeable so 5 stars.
