These are the ONLY razors I can use to shave my legs without causing major carnage. In combo with the handle-thingy that you snap them into, it turns into an instrument that doesn't fall apart in your hand while you're using it (unlike some other products that rhyme with Weenus) and really minimizes cuts and promotes a smooth shave. It's hard to find the refill blades, though. I don't know what the deal with the distribution is, so I hoard them. When they stop making them, I better be in a committed relationship with an earth child, because I refuse to slice up my legs. BTW, work really good with just soap and water, I use Jergens bar and it works great.

I have used this product for years. It is great for no cuts and burns. I like the easy refill blades. The spring action helps with contour of legs and under-arms. Also great for girls just starting out. vertually impossible to cut yourself. I highly recommend this raiser.

I have been using this products for more years that I can count. I can't seem to find them in any stores. The Silk Effects razor is the best.

Pleased that I could find an item in quantity which no longer is available locally, and at a reasonable price.

To the best of my knowledge they stopped manufacturing Silk Effects blades so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon.com.
I have no complaints, the service was good and I'm happy with the product.

Blades can be very expensive and the right kind are hard to find. I have looked all over and this is the best deal. I get them every year.

My mother uses this item, it is the only razor she will use. We were having trouble finding it at the store, so I checked Amazon.com. Found it! Received it quickly, I will use this website again.

I love the silk effects razor, it's the price of the replacement heads that cuts me up! How can Schick justify charging so much for a little piece of disposable plastic? I can buy a bag of 12 full disposable razors of another brand for half the price of 5 silk effect replacement heads. It makes me furious enough that I will buy a brand new Silk Effect razor with refills because they are a better value than buying just the replacement heads only.
