I have pain due to inflammation in my back and NSAIDS are hard on my stomach, so this is a Godsend-a fabulously effective product. The hyaluronic acid is a remarkable inflammation killer, and as soon as I started taking this product, it did kill the pain. I never thought I'd be pain-free again. But I am. Also, the popping in my joints has stopped for the most part. One feature I really applaud is the addition of vitamin D. Degenerative disease of the spine has been linked to vitamin D deficiency, so that's a very smart add. And of course, inflammation has been linked to all kinds of other consequential diseases, so the heavy antioxidant load is good-I'd probably take this even if I didn't have pain.

The only thing I wonder about is the fact that every night since I started taking these, I've awakened with very painful cramps in my legs. I've not had that before. If not for that, I'd give it a loud 5 star.

Update: I stopped taking this and then restarted, repeatedly, to be sure the leg cramps were related to this. They are. By alkalizing my diet, however, I am nearly pain free and can do things I haven't been able to for years, thank God. Unfortunately I can't take this anymore because of the cramping. But my diet has resolved the degenerative disease of the spine.

I don't usually review anything but books or movies, but I have to give my testimony to this amazing product. For whatever reason, I experienced severe knee pain for more than 4 years in my mid 20s. I could not put the slightest weight on either of my knees, although one was worse than the other. Since I was quite active in sports and hiking, this was a major handicap for me. At first I thought it would get better over time, but it didn't, so I figured this was a cross I would have to bear for the rest of my life. Then I saw Move Free in Walmart and decided to try it. I noticed a slight improvement within the FIRST FEW DAYS. I noticed a MAJOR improvement within a few weeks. Within a few months, my knees were back to full strength. I kept using it for about 7 months and then stopped because I felt that I didn't need it anymore. It has been about 4 years now since I used it, and my knees are still in optimum condition. As I understand it, the product is supposed to actually replenish the joint cartilage. Whatever it does, it worked for me and I swear by it.

Many members of my family suffer from arthritis, and while nothing works as a "cure' Move Free seems to be the most effective over-the-counter supplement out there. While I did receive "Move Free" through Amazon Vine - it has been well known in my family for year. The results are not immediate but more of gradual loosening of the joint - after about 4 weeks you will notice a substantial improvement.

Final verdict - this is easy for many "Move Free" has provided a significant improvement in the quality of life for both of my parents - 5 stars.

I've got bad joints: at age 29 I've already had knee surgery for torn cartilage, have early onset arthritis, and just basically feel like a cripple sometimes. I've started using this Schiff Move Free pills and it really seems to be helping. This stuff will NOT cure you over night. But overtime with the intake of these your joints will have less pain and free up your movement a bit. Not bad for an over-the-counter supplement.

I really like this product, works as advertised and makes you feel a lot better. it even helped me to fight my knees pain with easy. Price ti's about the same as other but it seems to be a little bit more quality product.

The only flaw i can see is that you have to take 3 tablets a day which is a little bit annoying at least for me... one more concentrated or two should be a lot better.

My wife had a problem with her knees recently (high school basketball) and decided to try this product. In a few weeks she noticed a marked improvement in movement and range. I would give Move Free a try if you are experiencing minor joint pain! I now take this along with flax seed oil and the two are a potent combination for joint relief. Highly recommended.

I have developed joint issues in my knees after years of abusing them running around with too much weight. One knee surgery did little to help the problem, and a knee replacement is not something I'm ready to do just yet. So glucosamine supplements have been part of my daily routine for a couple years now. I definitely notice a difference in my problems when I'm not taking the supplements, but haven't really paid too much attention to the effectiveness of one over the other. But asked to review Schiff Move Free, I wanted to try and really see how it compared to my current favorite, the liquid, but fairly expensive Symtec Joint Movement.

One of the problems I've had with many glucosamine tablets is the large size of the pill. These coated tablets though I found a bit easier to swallow than others I've tried and didn't leave any nasty pill taste behind as some do. I used the entire 80-count bottle, taking the recommended dose of 2 a day to test how they did, and was really pleased with the results. Definitely an improvement in my mobility and a reduction in pain levels. I have been able to do some fairly difficult hikes that in the past would have been very problematic for my bad knees, and now that I've gotten used to the tablets, I don't find the size quite as objectionable. I would definitely purchase the Schiff Move Free again, due to the excellent results that I had.

I've been taking this for less than a week now, doing the loading phase, and my very painful bursitis in my thumb has started to settle down. I wasn't expecting that. I haven't been nearly as "set up like cement" in the morning either! It'll be interesting to see how well I feel after a few weeks.

Update: I'm almost finished with my bottle of 80 pills, and I can say that this is one supplement I'm likely to take fairly consistently. My bursitis comes and goes, but my joints have been less stiff and achy, especially my knees. I'm bad about having too many supplements to take and going on strike against them, but I'll rotate them depending on how I feel. Once you've been through the loading phase (two pills a day), you drop back to one pill a day, and as lozenge-sized pills go, they aren't terribly hard to swallow.

Update again: My "bursitis" turned out to be a completely destroyed joint, as diagnosed by an orthopedic surgeon. And, yes, the Move Free is still helping.

It has been three weeks, I have had no side effects of any kind and my joints in my hand (carpal tunnel) and ankle (titanium plate and screws after a broken fibula) are not as "stiff" as they use to be. The stiffness is not 100% gone but there has been some improvement. I believe with continue use of Schiff Move Free Advanced Triple Action my joint problems will disappear.
