No fishy odor and just one small pill.I tried taking niaspan and had hot flashs.After going to my doctor I found out that one mega red a day brought my cholesterol down.It is a powerful antioxidant and a great dietary supplement.Well worth trying.

These are a great size and I've read krill is even better than fish oil. I can say these have no bad flavor or taste. All the other fish oil products I've tried had bad flavor and smell, before and after I took them. I haven't been taking these long enough to say wether the health benefits are actually better, but the research I've seen says this should be good. These were just a little cheaper on amazon than buying them at costco for me.

My kids will not take fish oil capsules because of the fishy odor. These they take willingly. My pediatrician has told me that this is brain food for kids who will not eat fish. I give each of my boys one a day and I highly recommend them!!

It does take a while to get in your system. I like it better than the omegas I take. Time will tell.
