Wow what a difference in my sleep patterns. I take 2 of these at night and sleep like a baby. I thought all cal mag zink was the same but since taking these I have changed my mind. At my age sleep is a premium, and these do the trick. I have always taken cal-mag-zink for over 40 years but I think this combination is the one for me!
