I ordered this after I had trouble finding the right finish and handle direction at my local home improvement big box store. Even with shipping, it was less expensive than the big box price, too. This item ships with wood screws only, so if you're installing it on a hollow-core door, you'll need to buy small bolts. It wouldn't have cost the manufacturer that much more to include both, but I found the bolts I needed at.....my local big box store. Bring the handle with you if you need these bolts, to make sure you get the exact right length and diameter.

Packaging was a bit flimsy, but hey it works as expected. One was scratched on the underside, but it may have been a mfg issue. Good deal vs the HD.

The big box store will sell you this exact product for 50% more. Go to the store and look but save the money and order these instead.
