Among the oldest domesticated species, goats have been cultivated for many purposes. Their meat, milk, skin, and hair are used internationally. Like cows and deer, goats are ruminants and have a four-chambered stomach. This works well with their varied diet as they can extract nutrients from almost any food source. After giving birth to a few kids, nanny goats will give six pounds of milk daily. Although they may not look the part, goats are curious, agile, and intelligent, often trying to escape from fencing. Living into their teens, goats are also useful on farms to help with the workload.
Fun Facts: Nanny goats usually give birth to twins.

This review is from: Mini Billy Goat (Toy)
My daughter collects the Schleich animals and what she can't get at our local TSC I get here to finish off her collection. Very durable. Really takes some strength to pull off parts. Something she can keep and save for younger siblings or to pass on to her own kids. Very detailed and life-like.
