We purchased the piano for our two grandchildren ages 1 1/2 and 4 years old. Our 4 yr old scared the daylights out of us when she squealed or shrieked when she saw the piano for the first time. The two of them have not stopped plunking on it for the last 4 days and the 4 year old has started to play a few chords (taught by her Mom). The only thing I could question is the length of the colored chart(I can only guess that it has to wrap around the corners of the keyboard. I would recommend this item to all that hope for or has a child or grandchild that is interested in music. Even our 1 1/2 yr old has not stopped plunking away on the piano. Great gift.
