Great Resource
I do not quite understand the 1 star in the previous review especially when your school should give you an annual calendar at the beginning of the school year. An excellent resource to give you quick handy ideas as well as additional resources, discussion starters and reproducibles to use with my students. Scholastic teacher guides rarely dissappoint. It very nice to have...

Better of going to this site: http://www.usholidaysonline.com
http://www.usholidaysonline.com is/will be more up to date than this book, this site will tell you what is the exact date of the holiday according to the day of the week so we can plan our vacations properly. Thanks, but ill pass on this book.

An excellent resource to give you quick handy ideas as well as additional resources, discussion starters and reproducibles to use with my students. Scholastic teacher guides rarely dissappoint. It very nice to have all the holidays in one place. Nice addition to my social studies curriculum.
