This review is from: Law School Essays That Made a Difference, 2nd Edition (Graduate School Admissions Guides) (Paperback)
I've just finished my applications for law school and have to say, this book was very little help. You can find plenty of examples of good essays online. One reason I didn't find it helpful was, there is no consistent theme between all the essays. There is no "one thing" that makes an essay a Harvard Accepted one... and a non-accepted one. I think I expected to see similarities or consistencies between the styles or subjects or formatting and there just isn't. So, I think your time is better spent working on your own unique essay and having it double and triple checked for grammar and spelling.
