The author does an OUTSTANDING job of reviewing civil procedure. Most of the CD's focus on this instead of choice of law issues. However, the professor is incredibly lucid on the portion that is devoted to choice of law. The civ pro parts will make great bar review material. While I wish he did more with choice of law, I still give this set of CD's an outstanding rating because of how understandable the prof makes the material he does present.
