Great look and feel
Looking for replacements for our beautiful but fragile Riedel wine glasses, we came across these at a local fine dining establishment. The Ti oxide glass has exactly the same light sensation but is touted to be more durable. Time will tell but we have broken most of our Riedel's just by hand washing them.

Confusion of Tritanic proportions
These are nice glasses. Not what I wanted though. I've been looking for BPA-free, non-polycarbonate PLASTIC drinking glasses. I purchased these Schott Zwiesel Tritan Crystal Pure Burgundy glasses for their angular design and modern looks. The design is a stunning departure from ordinary Burgundy glasses and are definitely a topic of conversation. They are extremely strong and durable and I love that they are completely dishwasher safe. The design provides plenty of surface area for the wine to breathe and are a pleasure to use!

Use these glasses every night and they are wonderful. Definitely not unbreakable though.You still have to be careful because if you hit the rim they will crack.

I have been using these glasses for years, handpainting and selling them. They have a lovely fine rim, but are extremely durable for such elegant looking stemware. Not completely unbreakable, of course, but definitely etch-resistant and strong for their delicate appearance.

These wine glasses feel delicate and are pretty, but the Tritan "formula" make them break resistant. These are great glasses for everyday or setting a a more formal table.

We were served wine in these exact glasses at a local restaurant and loved them so much we went right home and bought them! We were looking for stemware with this shape and stature. They are thin glasses - very elegant, but sturdy. Schott Zwiesel makes some great stemware - can't go wrong. Glasses were very well packed and arrived intact.
