Best hunting knife ever. It remains sharp on both blade and hook after numerous usage. Handle is contoured for maximum grip even when wet. The must have for any hunter or sportsman.

used it a couple of times to skin deer seems to work fairly well with the blade being curved and also the gut hook helps

I like the knife...fits my hand, firm non slip etc....good for skinning...I was a little disappointed with the hook...you had to have the knife positioned just right or it would not slit the skin... Next time I would buy the same knife without the hook.

seems like a great knife, the only thing I find a little on the negative side is that it feels just a little light. It came nice and sharp and the shipper was great about getting it right out and even shipping it on a sunday.

Now own a second, easily the best skinning knife I have ever owned. One I had for 12 yrs kept its edge. Gave it to a friend, and now had to order 3 more. The grip feels really good, but when skinning an animal, it gets really messy and dirty. It gets stuck between the lines. The knife is sharp. Gut hook doesn't work too well for skinning.

first words on box I saw was made in china that was a let down in what I thought was a good ol American company , the product ,the knife was OK for the price and will will be one you carry and if it doesn't make it home no great loss,, the sheath was well made but was appox 2 inches longer than the blade like it was the wrong one for this knife , gives the appearance your carrying this monster size blade but as I said a well made case ,, company handling the order was good and timely
