Best hunting knife ever. It remains sharp on both blade and hook after numerous usage. Handle is contoured for maximum grip even when wet. The must have for any hunter or sportsman.

I like the knife...fits my hand, firm non slip etc....good for skinning...I was a little disappointed with the hook...you had to have the knife positioned just right or it would not slit the skin... Next time I would buy the same knife without the hook.

used it a couple of times to skin deer seems to work fairly well with the blade being curved and also the gut hook helps

seems like a great knife, the only thing I find a little on the negative side is that it feels just a little light. It came nice and sharp and the shipper was great about getting it right out and even shipping it on a sunday.

We bought this for a friend as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving it from the seller, on time, my husband looked it over and really thought for the price that it was a nice looking knife. His friend uses an old beat up knife while hunting and so we thought he might like a new knife. He seemed to be genuinely pleased with the gift.

The knife feels solid and fits my hand nicely. Not real sharp out of the box. The blade was OK, but not sharp enough to shave my arm hair. A few strokes on an Accusharp and it was good to go. The gut hook portion was barely able to cut through anything. I tried several weights of paper and thin cardboard and it would not cut at all. I don't have a good small diameter stone of diamond sharpener to to get the gut hook usable yet, so I can't really comment on how well it will perform once sharpened. The sheath is pretty nice. Nothing special and I don't expect the little plastic inner liner to last that long. Overall, I would say a pretty decent knife for $20.

Very solid Knife. Comes sharp and ready to go! This is my first schrade knife. I bought a second one at the same time that has a much cheaper sheath, but I love this one. Goes everywhere with me!

I ordered this knife because I wanted a knife with a gut hook.I chose this one because it looked nice and was priced right.When I got my knife it was exactly what I wanted.It is very sharp right out of the box. Only issue was the slow delivery but I dont think it was senders fault most likely slow due to USPS. Love my knife cant wait to put it to use!
