I had broken the OEM TPMS sensor on my 2008 Smart Fortwo. My local tire store couldn't come up with a replacement on their system. I purchased this one from Amazon and it was a direct fit. You do have to drive the car for 10 minutes or so before the system finds the new sensor. Many people will want to buy these sensors to go into new rims for winter tires or flashier wheels.
