This is a beautiful and clearly presented book on the technique of Schwalm Embroidery. The instructions and diagrams are easy to follow and there are patterns to suit the beginner or advanced embroiderer. I have made two items from this book with lovely results. The Schwalm technique requires simple materials such as linen and DMC thread.

I borrowed this book from the library and impressed with how it handled Schwalm embroidery. The description is very clear and there are different projects for different level of embroiders.
