This is a lovely cookbook which explains in which region of Switzerland a recipe is more likely to be served. I love it. Swiss cooking is always a delight to the tastebuds.

cool book and they ship fast. as i stated its writen in german , french then english so if you read all three its a real treat since some times the three meanings dont mesh.
