As much as I like standing climbs in my spinning classes, now I also enjoy sitting! This gel seat cover easily fits onto the seat to provide comfort at a VERY reasonable cost. At the end of a ride, my bottom is no longer sore. I have told, and will continue to tell everyone in my spinning classes to purchase this item! I will never ride a bike without this seat cover again!

The gel seat cover made a big difference while riding my bike. It provided the much needed cushioning that I desired. It fit perfectly over the seat that was on my Schwinn bike. It fit snugly and does not move around while riding.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this cover. I needed it for the Spinner Bike at the Gym and could not seem to find any reviews written specifically for the Spinner Bikes. After receiving it and inspecting it, I must admit I was a little dubious as to whether it would have the padding I was looking for.
I used it yesterday and WOW! What a tremendous improvement over the OEM seat. I was able to stay on it for 45 minutes and could have used it longer. The gel padding is perfect and gives the right amount of cushioning.
I am a very happy camper and glad I purchased this seat cover.

I bought this pad to use in my spin classes and I am very satisfied! There is still minimal pressure on my bottom, but it's not enough to cause discomfort or pain. I must mention that I am a novice and am still figuring out the settings on the bike that work best for me. I'm sure it will go away after time. The pad is not as thick as it looks in the picture, but it feels good and I am not sore or in any pain whatsoever! I used it for the first time yesterday and I feel fine. Now I am able to concentrate on the instructor and not the pain in a**! I forgot to mention that I have a nice voluptuous a** so you can trust what my opinion. Without the cushion, the seat was unbearable.

This seat cover is perfect for spin class. I got it on Friday and used it at my spin class today (Tuesday). My rump did not know what happened because it was almost a pleasure to sit on the bike today. The seat cover is full of gel and it offered lots of cushion. The cycle seat was still narrow and a little uncomfortable but this seat cover made a world of difference. I will also note that I am nowhere near being considered a "skinny minny" and this seat cushioned me well. No discomfort at all.

I cannot comment on the longevity of this seat cover since I have only used it once so far but the cover seemed thick and sturdy. And I cannot recommend it enough! I am new to spin- having just started within the past month- and sitting on that bike seat was about to kill me. I wanted to keep spinning because it is such a great calorie burning exercise. I tried other brands of seat covers but this one is the absolue best!! I am actually looking forward to my next spin class- not dreading it.

Some people say don't get a seat because then you won't want to do the standing rides so much but for the first time, I was able to jump up and look forward to sitting back down.

Now I just need something to help with the twinges my thighs feel after class.

Update on 11-11-11:

I have now been using this seat for about 2 months (1-2 times per week) and I still love it. I keep it in the car so it is ready when I go to spin. The gel is still padding the seat nicely. It did get a little flat after a month but every so often, I shake it to move the gel around and it plumps back up. I have used it on several brand different spin bikes and on some of them it did move a little. This was resolved by making sure the drawstring was pulled tight. Regardless, it did not move very much and the slight movement did not stop my workout. Still a 5 star in my book.

Easily fits on my Schwinn bike, drawstrings make sure it's fastened tight and doesn't move during the ride. It is definitely made for a larger seat so there was some initial fiddling to make sure that it stayed on tight, but once that was done, I am pleased with it. It still moves a little bit when I get on and off the bike, but not enough to bother me at all.

The gel is soft enough that I don't feel the pain in my behind that I used to feel whenever I would ride for more than 5 minutes. Definitely provides the cushioning I need!

I have had three saddles on my bike. The first was a high end hard MTB seat. formed well but the wrong product for a hard tail. The next was cheap and padded but still led to numbing. The one I am currently using was a standard size stock seat from a $700 bike. Much better, but still led to numbing.

The Schwinn Adult Double Gel cover has made a big difference in riding comfort. To test, I rode 25 miles over a one day period and it performed well. I believe I need to make some minor seat adjustments for better functionality. In terms of longevity, time will tell. right now it seems fairly durable. I will update if problems arise.

It has added comfort and relieved the numbness and I would recommend it.

Update 12/20 - After 2 months of heavy riding, the seat cover is still functioning well. One suggestion though: If you do cold weather riding, bring the seat cover inside with you. I biked in 30 degree weather, came back after 2 1/2 hours and the seat cover hardened like a cold pack. Needless to say the seat was slick and cold on the way home. As mentioned above, the easy fix to this problem is remove the seat cover and take it inside with you.

Years ago I had a gel cover for my old bicycle seat and expected this would be a similar product. Instead I found this one to be not terribly cushy and kind of narrow, even for skinny ol' me. I suspected it would be best to buy a product like this in person and I should've gone with that. It's enough to get the job done but it is far from ideal.
