WAY too small,

This runs SUPER small. I got it for a 4 year old and it's for a child more like 2 or 3, even with the adjuster in the back.

This was listed as BOYS. So I would assume that a boy that was an average 9 year old would fit this. Not even close. This is for LITTLE boys.
