Although this is a good helmet, it is not a toddler helmet as the description states. It also did not come with the visor. The dial fit system is nice, though, and makes it very adjustable. It allows a child who is small for her age to wear a "big kid" helmet and also has more vents for better air flow than many of the toddler helmets.
