My daughter is 17 months old and my husband and I could not sweep the floor without her crying for the broom. Since we bought this she helps us sweep and if she wants our broom we switch. It works just as good as the broom we use.

My son is almost 2 and absolutely loves to sweep the floor. He has a hard time bc my brooms are too big for him. When I saw this broom set I knew that I had to get it. He loves it...as I expected. It is made from very sturdy material....exactly like the real thing, just small enough for little people. I highly recommend this product if your child loves to help mommy and daddy clean.

This broom set was exactly what I needed for my 21 month old daughter. She loves it, uses it every day, and I can actually get a little sweeping done with "Mommy's broom" now. My only complaint was that the shipping cost more than the broom set itself! It weighs next to nothing--can we lower the shipping so it doesn't more than double the price, please? Oh--and I've even used it once or twice myself. ( =

I bought this set to get the long handled broom which I use to sweep behind the toilet, behind doors, obscure corners and alongside the bed in that narrow space between the bed and the nightstand. I just LOVE this broom and it has been working great for the purposes I describe. What I also find myself using is the little dust pan that came with the set when I have small clean ups that need to be swept and picked up, rather than vacuumed. I am very happy with the set and it has held up well for over a year now with pretty much, daily use.

This is my 1 year old's absolute favorite toy in the house! He was always wanting to play with our brooms and mops, so I figured I'd get him one that was his own size (not to mention one that wasn't already filthy) and he LOVED IT from the second I opened the box. Any time there is something on the floor he runs and gets his broom to help clean. Let's hope it's a trend that continues into the teenage years. ;-) I can't recommend this toy highly enough!

Awesome sturdy and just the right size. My 2YO son loves to clean along!

This set is the perfect size for our 4 and 6 year olds to take an active part in chores around the house and it not only makes them feel like they are contributing, but they really are.

I bought this set for my son, so he would give me back my broom. The small broom and dust pan are well-made and durable. My issue is really with the tall broom. The handle is flimsy and bends easily, and is made with very cheap metal. If bent a little too far, it creates dangerous sharp edges in the handle. We ended up replacing the handle with a regular wooden handle from an old broom, and it has worked well for us since...but I can't recommend this to other parents with good conscience.

Cute, good size for toddlers, but my 15 month old twins bent the handle on the broom in a day.

This toy from the second I opened it has been used day and night. Well worth the money. Only problem with it is the handle of the big broom is a very thin metal. It got stepped on (by an 8 year old)the first day as every other toy does and it bent. Since then a few more dents has been made making weak points. It still holds it shape but every once and a while I have to straighten it back out. What can you really expect for the price. It was still worth it and once it finally breaks I will be buying the same one again.
