I bought this for my 5 year old...he is really into fairs and amusement parks. One of the hits of X-Mas. Even though this is not electronic he still loves it.....and it does not eat batteries(a plus for sure). Everyone who has seen it has loved it. Very nice toy:)

This is a great tin toy. I have been collecting windups for a while and this is one of my favorites

It is simple, but it is fun. The toy works as you would expect. You won't be amused for a long time.
I would suggest just setting it on a coffee table or an end table for a distraction or conversation piece.
I wouldn't let anyone under 9yrs to play with it alone. It isn't really durable enough to withstand kid play.

I purchased this for my 11 year old autistic son. It's well made, bright colors and fun to watch, PLUS it doesnt require batteries.This is just a really cool toy to watch. All my kids have played with it. Is it the most amazing toy you have ever seen and you'll never have to buy another toy again?? NO, but it looks great anywhere and it's entertaining for kids and adults and the price was great as well.

toy was broken when it arrived, should have sent it back but got it right before christmas and had to give it to my nephew broken, didnt have another gift. Box was completely smooshed, couldnt believe a toy that fragle would be shipped without paper stuffing or some sort of protection.

I loved this. I purchased this for my 93-year-old mother. It's cute and we both enjoyed playing with it. It reminds us of an old amusement park ride we once knew (Euclid Beach Park, Cleveland, OH). It is a collectible and somewhat fragile; therefore young children probably need to be supervised when operating it.

... so much fun, I didn't want to wrap it up! Great construction and craftsmanship, with a vintage appeal. The moving parts are a wonder, all without batteries (!)

Came on time and looked as expected, It will be a gift so I will be waiting to see how much the receiver likes it.

Wov, this is a wonderful toy. Takes you back to good old years where there were no batteries, wires, just pure mechanical toys, vibrant colors.

The toy is made of good quality material, does not have sharp edges, and is purely mechanical. Swipe a key at the bottom and see the rocket rides spinning by.

My entire family has really enjoyed this toy. I want to make a showcase of this schylling toys maybe, when my 3 year old grows up, I can see them and remember the childhood.

The price is reasonable on amazon, and if you can get free shipping, it's wonderful!

I ordered the Schylling Rocket Ride Tin as a decoration for my daughter's recent carnival themed birthday party. It is very cute and my 1 year old daughter enjoys watching it turn. However, it is definitely NOT a toy to be played with by little children, nor even too much by adults. Mine works perfectly but it does seem somewhat delicate. However I bought it more as a decorative piece and as such, I think it's quite nice! I'm very glad I purchased it!
