I got this jack in the box for my 5-year-old son and LOVE the thing. At first I thought twice about getting an old-fashioned jack in the box (tin and cloth? come on!) but I was drawn in by the fact that is plays the 60's tv theme music, so I figured that if my boy didn't like it I could always bring it into the office for a few kicks. Well, no such luck for me. My boy LOVES this thing. He and his 3-year-old sister laugh their butts off every tie they play with it. There's just something about the tactile quality of these classic toys that kids will never stop enjoying. And the design of the box is AMAZING (pardon the pun) as well. Whoever designed the packaging and come up with the idea to wrap the box in the original story of Spiderman is brilliant! Bottom line is that this toy has become a permananet fixture in my kid's room and is a refreshing addition to the world of toys.

My son got the Spiderman Jack in the Box for his second birthday. He is sooooo crazy about it! I love the way the box is decorated with art from the comics, the theme song that plays when you crank the handle, and the way my son screams with shock and laughter every time Spidey pops out of the box. It's been a week and he still freaks out every time! We can't stop laughing at him, and he loves this toy. If you're looking for something original to give a Spiderman fan in your life, this is it!

This Jack in the Box has so much for fans of Spiderman! It faithfully displays the retro origin storyline and art from Spiderman's first appearance around the box. The cover image has Spider-Man embossed. There is artwork from the top to the bottom of this collectable. The top has Spider-Man's webbing and eyes. The bottom displays Spider-Man's famous line "With great power there must also come great responsibility". The puppet is made from original classic artwork. Best of all though is the fact that when you turn the handle, the music is the Spider-Man theme! You know, "Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a spider can...". The packaging has the words to the song printed on it. This would make a great gift seeing as how Spider-Man 3 is due to hit theatres soon.

This was purchased for my 5 year old for Christmas this year. He loved it. It is durable (so far), it's been dropped several time and the crank has been send in both directions and it has not fallen apart yet. I would recommend this product.

I am a collector of jack-in-the-boxes. The tin box is certainly a work of art. The music is really cute and one can definitely tell it is the theme tune from the original cartoon and movie. Highly recommend. Get these while they are still available because they are quickly becoming more difficult to find.

I thought my 3 yr old grandson might be too old for this toy but the only toy he ask for for Christmas was a jack in the box and his favorite superhero is Spiderman. The toy was his favorite Christmas toy and he plays with it often

This is a cute toy for a child that likes Spiderman and likes a jack-in-the box. My nephew liked both, so this was perfect.

My great nephews thought this was one of the neatest toys they had received. They were very fascinated with it and would play with it for hours. They also like the outside of the toy. Their father thought it was pretty neat too. Well worth the money.

My 5 year old loves this toy. It's safe and the comics on the box are making him want to read more comics about Spider Man. He started to read at 3 1/2 but he has been such a picky reader he would only read one book over and over again. I even thought he only memorized the whole book but he showed me he can read other things. Now He wants to know more about spider man so I have purchased comics, and marvel heroes books for him to learn about his favorite hero.

The toy is 100% safe for kids and the music is just so adorable. Spidey Poping up is absolutely delightful. Wish I had a toy like this when I was little. I have always been a Spider Man fan myself too :)

I got this toy for my five year old son after his sister broke his old one. I was looking for something not too babyish and this fit the bill. He loves it and keeps playing with it. It plays tha Spider Man theme which he thinks is great and now he sings it everywhere. This is a great gift for a slightly older boy (or a slightly younger man).
