After deciding to homeschool our third-grade and kindergarten boys this year, I was at a loss to find a science program that taught from a Christian perspective without compromising teaching actual scientific concepts. We chose this program because it seemed to be the best bet, and it's exceeded my expectations.

So far, we're 9 lessons in, and with every lesson I can see that "A-ha!" moment when the concept clicks with my boys. They're retaining information about energy, and applying it to our daily discussions.

I'm grateful that the program explains God's design in the scientific process. Other Christian science books I've seen have given more of a "God made it, and that's that" approach, which doesn't do justice to how amazing and wonderful science really is. We can't wait to finish out this year and start next year with Dr. Wile's next book in the series, "Science in the Ancient World."

This set is a supplement I am using for my kids of different agaes along with some Astronomy recources we are going through this year (one being Jay Ryan's) and this has been a nice all around base for interesting, easy & fun, conversational based lessons :)
