This review is from: Science, Theory and Clinical Application in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy: Scientific Therapeutic Exercise Progressions (STEP): The Back and Lower Extremity (Perfect Paperback)
This is a fantastic book for any physical therapist who wants to better understand appropriate exercise prescription. All treatment philosophies are scientifically validated. This is a great reference for any clinician who uses exercise of all levels to rehabilitate lumbar spine, SIJ, and any lower extremity injury. All levels of exercise prescription are throughly described for each joint/region of lumbar down to ankle. A fantastic reference for new exercise ideas, but more important, theories and concepts to build upon for future treatments.
