5.0 out of 5 stars Great ideas for quality projects
We borrowed this book from the library and liked it so much that I decided to buy it. It has lovely photography which makes each project very appealing. The instructions are very easy to follow. I disagree with the review that said the materials are hard to find, but you will need some basic tools (drill, hacksaw, utility knife, needle and thread) for some projects...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, but not great
This book provides a lot of crafts, but next to impossible ways of gathering material to actually complete them. I found the book useless without the help of a process or program to get the material from.

I disagree with the review that said the materials are hard to find, but you will need some basic tools (drill, hacksaw, utility knife, needle and thread) for some projects. Also, I would not recommend this book to someone without a backyard. It is not kitchen table science, but really requires access to the outdoors.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Projects, February 14, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I received the book only a few days after I ordered it. It was in perfect condition. It has great ideas for science projects that are interesting and go along with the science curriculum that kids are learning in school. I have already picked out several projects to make for the Science Fair.
