1.0 out of 5 stars Never Received How can I review?, November 16, 2008
This review is from: The Science of High-Performance Supplier Management: A Systematic Approach to Improving Procurement Costs, Quality, and Relationships (Hardcover)
Amazon has requested a review of a book I purchased in October. There is a complication preventing my response. I never received the product. The book is probably wonderful. Amazon however has now failed to deliver twice in less than 6 weeks. Which review should I write? The review for the book I could not read because it was not delivered? Or perhaps the a review of the delivery mechanism, Amazon? And assuming I pick one of these subjects what do you think I would or should write about my experience?
