A true gem for learning practitioners,

This is a real gem for anyone studying or involved in the process of instruction. The book is filled with references to relevant and reliable research sources. The system view of learning is intuitive and serves as a practical model for understanding how humans learn. More importantly, it articulates a clear message that decisions regarding learning or training need to consider not only the learner but the environment where learning occurs.
This is a must have for any educator, instructional system designer or anyone that touches learning interventions in an organization. It would also serve as an excellent textbook for a graduate program in education or psychology. |
