Do not waste $60 for a wedge piece of foam that probably costs about $2 and a cover that shreds the first time you wash it. Received the pillow and washed the cover. The inside shreads and the zipper seams come apart. Ridiculous for the amount of money. Don't bother.

I have to agree with the other customer. The first time I washed the cover, it started to fray and come apart around the zipper seams. Also the foam pillow is now losing it's shape.

Purchased this for health issues. It flattened sooner than I would have expected, but only in the really thin area. I find it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep on, but need to due to health issues. The cover is easily removed for cleaning. The wedge is large enough so you don't roll off while sleeping on it, but large enough that in smaller (than king size)beds it could get in the way of a second person.
