I have had one of these for years and just gave one as a gift. There is nothing worse than breaking your fly rod and this will prevent that. All others are overpriced, this is all you need unless you are carrying more than 1 rod.

This would be a nice case but the tube by the reel was split about 8 inches on both sides when I got it. I didn't return it because I had to use it right away. I still use it but have to treat it very carefully.
