The Scientific Interactive Planetarium is a great learning tool. My 3 1/2 year old was fascinated with the one at her daycare so I tried to find one similar. This was a great find for the price. She can tell me how many moons a certain planet has. This is something she will continue to use for the next few years.

This toy is very educational and includes a lot of information about space. Unfortunately, it's not very durable. It was treated with care, but the electronic board has obviously gone kaput because you can only turn it on now with the reset button. And after you do that, none of the buttons respond at all. If you push the ON/OFF button, it tells you it's turning off. Not a whole lot of fun or education.

I wrote to the company, Scientific Toys, and they told me to take it back to the store. I wrote again and said it had been past 30 days and asked if they could help me. No response. I wrote again and got no response. I wrote one final time and said that I would like to be able to leave a good review on Amazon about their company and product, and that I would wait a few days to hear from them before posting a review. That was about 2 weeks ago.

So I wouldn't buy this product (pretty expensive for something that doesn't work at all!) or any product from this company since they don't stand behind it. They just ignore you.

Great product aside from the fact that the computer voice has an accent (British I think) which is a little annoying because my 4 year old tries to mimic it. Probably an attempt at sounding more scientific which is even more funny with temperature in °F instead of °C.

My 8 year old son got this as a gift. Ever since, he has been almost obsessed with it. First thing that he does in the morning even before brushing his teeth is to switch it on! He has memorized all the facts and can tell precisely the distance between, say, sun and neptune and all the important moons of Jupiter.
It is an excellent game provided your child has the temperment for it. My son has it, but his cousin who is 6 does not find it interesting

This Is a great toy that has taught me things I never knew before. It is fun to play with and is very educational. It tells you lots of fun facts and is a great toy. I highly recomend it to almost everyone. This would make a good birthday present.

this is very good toy. I got it for less than ten bucks and its very well worth for that. teaches about each planet. nice for any kid who is interested in solar system.

My son has had this toy for 2 years and he still uses it. This is great for learning about the solar system. You can this tour will you in the car for road trips too. I love all Scientific Interactive toys like this one they truly do provide wealth of information that is good for children to learn.

My seven-year old grandson who is totally INTO the solar system loves this gift and plays with it a lot. It is very educational and the quiz part makes it fun, too. A real hit at Christmas this year!
