I went absolutely wild when I saw this and bought three. Scissors AND tape in one?! Genius! (Yeah, don't ever buy multiples until you try it out first. I'm an idiot.) The scissors work great...a bit uncomfortable where your thumb meets your hand, because of the way the tape dispenser is designed, but otherwise fine. The tape dispenser is an entirely different story. This thing isn't sharp enough to cut butter, much less tape. Sooo annoying, having to struggle to rip the tape off the roll. The irony: your scissors are now PART of the offending contraption, so you can't even use it to cut the tape. Ha.

I agree with the first reviewer. When I saw this product, I loved the concept. The scissors cut well and the grip is pretty good. But the tape dispenser and tape-cutting edge are very poor. The tape quality is poor too. It is a frustrating struggle to cut the tape. And the tape is all curled and pulled and twisted by the time it is finally cut. The piece to hold tape in has fallen out a few times. I think with better tape it might cut easier. I will update review if I get higher quality tape and replace the roll that comes with the scissors.
